1. General Information

Product ordered via online will be delivered within 2-3 Working days after the confirmation of payment from credit card services provider or by PAYPAL. Plz note that there is an ongoing delays happening with all the carriers, If your order is rush, call us prior to order and we can check with the carrier with the precise delivery timings.
Please note that we do work with third party for deliveries from time to time and by our own carrier .  Please note that some of our shipments will come from our head office in  Canada , in such cases, we will handle customs paper work, duties and other paper work at no extra cost to the customer.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website will be delivered to the address which the customer has filled in at the time of placing an order. If there is any mistake from the customer side, delay will occur and extra charges will be applied to redirect the shipment.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs provided on the website are from the carrier (third-party transportation companies )

If the delivery address had some hurdles or difficulties to reach, the carrier may charge additional charges, in such circumstances, we will charge our customer back.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If the arrived product is damaged, customers are requested not to accept the delivery and ask the carrier to take it back.

We strongly recommend you to contact us for additional insurance. Shipping costs quoted on the website are without insurance and such costs have very minimum liabilities only. If only you take additional insurance, the full product cost will be covered.

URATECH USA INC will not take responsibility on damages that occurred in shipping. If the product package is damaged on receiving, please let your carrier know and open a claim from your end.
